利用規約
本規約は、TransferFriends（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、 本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. 本アプリについて
本アプリは、翻訳・音声認識・要約を端末内（オフライン）で処理する多言語コミュニケーション アプリです。「友達」「チャット」機能では、利用者同士が QR コードでつながり、メッセージや写真を送受信できます。 メッセージ本文は端末で暗号化され（エンドツーエンド暗号化）、中継サーバは内容を読むことができません。
2. 利用資格
13 歳未満の方は本アプリを利用できません。未成年の方は、保護者の同意を得たうえでご利用ください。
3. 機械翻訳の精度について
翻訳結果は機械翻訳であり、正確性・完全性を保証するものではありません。契約・金額・日時・医療・法務など 重要な事項は、必ず原文および専門家の確認を経てご判断ください。翻訳結果に起因する損害について、 運営は責任を負いかねます。
4. 禁止事項（ゼロトレランス）
本アプリでは、不適切なコンテンツおよび迷惑行為を一切認めません。以下の行為を禁止します。
- 嫌がらせ・いじめ・つきまとい・脅迫
- わいせつな内容、性的な内容の送信、児童の性的搾取に関わる一切の行為
- 暴力の助長、暴力的・残虐な内容の送信
- 人種・民族・国籍・信条・性別・性的指向・障害等に基づく差別や憎悪の表現
- 詐欺・なりすまし・金銭のだまし取り
- スパム・無差別な宣伝・勧誘
- 法令に違反する行為、違法な物品やサービスの取引
- 他者の権利（著作権・肖像権・プライバシー等）の侵害
- 本アプリの解析・改変・不正アクセス、サーバへの過度な負荷をかける行為
5. 通報とブロック
不適切な相手やメッセージは、アプリ内からいつでも通報およびブロックができます。 通報された内容（該当メッセージを含む）は、通報者の操作に基づいて運営へ送信され、 24 時間以内に確認します。通報がない限り、運営がメッセージの内容を見ることはできません （エンドツーエンド暗号化のため）。
6. 違反への対応
本規約に違反したと運営が判断した場合、事前の通知なく、投稿の削除、機能の制限、 アカウント（匿名 ID）の利用停止を行うことがあります。悪質な場合は、 関係機関へ通報することがあります。
7. 利用者の責任
利用者は、自らが送信する内容について一切の責任を負います。本アプリは実際に会った相手と QR コードで つながることを想定しています。面識のない相手とのやり取りには十分ご注意ください。
8. 有料プラン
本アプリには、月額または年額の自動更新サブスクリプションがあります。料金・更新期間はアプリ内の 購入画面に表示されます。購入・解約・返金は、各ストア（App Store / Google Play）の規定に従います。 解約は各ストアのアカウント設定から、更新日の 24 時間前までに行ってください。
9. 知的財産
本アプリおよび付随するコンテンツに関する権利は運営または正当な権利者に帰属します。 利用者が送信したメッセージ・写真の権利は利用者に帰属します。
10. 免責・サービスの変更
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。運営は、事前の通知なくサービスの内容を変更・中断・終了することが あります。法令で認められる範囲において、運営が負う責任は、当該利用者が直近 12 か月に支払った金額を 上限とします。
11. お問い合わせ
本規約に関するお問い合わせ・通報は、アプリ内の「ご意見・ご要望」または support@nakanishikobo.com までご連絡ください。 通報には24時間以内に対応します。
12. 準拠法・裁判管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
13. 規約の改定
本規約は必要に応じて改定されます。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内等でお知らせし、 「友達」「チャット」機能については改めて同意をお願いすることがあります。
Terms of Use (English)
These Terms govern your use of TransferFriends ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the App
The App performs translation, speech recognition and summarization entirely on your device (offline). In "Friends" and "Chat", users connect via QR code and exchange messages and photos. Message contents are end-to-end encrypted on your device; our relay server cannot read them.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Minors should use it with a guardian's consent.
3. Machine translation
Translations are machine-generated and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. For contracts, amounts, dates, medical or legal matters, always verify against the original text and consult a professional. We are not liable for damages arising from translation results.
4. Prohibited conduct (zero tolerance)
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. The following are prohibited:
- Harassment, bullying, stalking or threats
- Obscene or sexual content, and any conduct involving child sexual exploitation
- Promotion of violence, or violent or graphic content
- Discrimination or hate speech based on race, ethnicity, nationality, belief, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar grounds
- Fraud, impersonation, or obtaining money by deception
- Spam, indiscriminate advertising or solicitation
- Any activity that violates applicable law, including trading in illegal goods or services
- Infringement of others' rights (copyright, likeness, privacy, etc.)
- Reverse engineering, tampering, unauthorized access, or placing excessive load on our servers
5. Reporting and blocking
You can report and block any user or message from within the App at any time. When you report, the reported content (including the message in question) is sent to us at your request and reviewed within 24 hours. Because messages are end-to-end encrypted, we cannot read them unless they are reported.
6. Enforcement
If we determine that these Terms have been violated, we may remove content, restrict functionality, or suspend the account (anonymous ID) without prior notice. Serious cases may be reported to the relevant authorities.
7. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you send. The App is designed for connecting with people you have met in person via QR code. Please exercise caution when interacting with people you do not know.
8. Paid plans
The App offers auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscriptions. Prices and renewal terms are shown on the purchase screen. Purchases, cancellations and refunds are governed by the rules of the respective store (App Store / Google Play). Cancel from your store account settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
9. Intellectual property
Rights in the App and its content belong to us or the respective rights holders. Rights in the messages and photos you send remain yours.
10. Disclaimer & changes
The App is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue the service without prior notice. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
11. Contact
For questions about these Terms or to report abuse, use "Feedback" in the App or contact the operator.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be announced in the App, and we may ask you to accept them again before using "Friends" and "Chat".
